| Description: | Item: NWT-207 Natural Stone Coating NWT-209 Waterborne Topcoats Natural Stone Paint is an ecological and individual ornament materials produced with imported top latex and natural precious stone materials. It enjoys strong adhesion, anti-weather and anti-water and exquisite and elegant visual effect. It is widely applied in cement wall, wood board, plasterboard, cement stone board, and an optimal choice for houses, villas, schools, commercial buildings and etc. Features & Benefits: ◇ Enjoy visual effect of natural stone, elegant color, strong stereo sense; ◇ Tough coat , strong adhesion; ◇ Water resistance, not easy to age, fade; ◇ Simple construction, fast and free molding, pursuing individuality. Technical Data: item NWT-207 color according to Color Card amount of paint 4-5 kg/m2 water resistance No soft or ping in 500hours adhesion strength≧ 0.8 Mpa in standard conditions, 0.65 Mpa in water primer (suggestion) NWT-200B topcoat (suggestion) NWT-209 Notes: ◇ Construction temperature 5℃-35℃, humidity less than 85%; ◇ Stored in 1℃-40℃, clean and dry environment, away from rain and sun, edible in 24 months; ◇ Do not add water or other solvent when using it; ◇ Wash surface and repaint after it is dry for polluted surface; ◇ Wash tolls after use; Application Guide: ◇ Base treatment: base must be dry, water less than 10%. New wall’s repairing period is above 14 days in summer, above 30 days in winter. Old wall can be painted only after base cleaned; ◇ Seal treatment: paint one level seal coat to prevent leaking and transmission. Amount of seal coat is about 10m2/kg, and spray natural stone paint after 4 hours’ drying; ◇ Sticking tapes: use pointed tapes to separate the wall into various shapes; ◇ Spraying main level: construct with spraying gun suitable to natural stone paint, two times for natural stone paint, above 2 hours for repaint; ◇ Spraying topcoat: after main coat is dry, hardening for 48hours, then spray top-coat; ◇ Suggest systems: NWT-200B exterior seal coat (once); NWT-207 natural stone paint (two times); NWT-209 top-coat (once).
